We are seeking applications for a number of Station Manager vacancies.


We welcome applications from substantive Station Managers and competent Watch Managers (as per the requirements of the Person Specification).

These posts are 42 hour non flexi positions. Individuals who are already substantively conditioned to the flexi duty system will continue under these conditions if successful (subject to an Operational Assessment).


The successful candidate will be expected to remain in post for a minimum of 24 months, unless a promotion is obtained.


Relocation assistance is not available.

The Selection Process will comprise the Middle Manager ADC (two parts), a written research paper (to be submitted in advance) a presentation and an interview. Plus an Operational Assessment for candidates already conditioned to the flexible duty system.
